Although this article calls for only 2 mangos, you can always add more if you are feeding your friends and family! During the first step, peel the mangos. You can do this with a potato peeler or by making a small cut into the peel of the mango and pulling.
Make sure that the mangos are ripe and sweet enough. Slice the mangos into wedges and place them aside in a bowl or plate.
Using a fine grater, grate the outside of 2 limes. This step can be tricky and it requires a thin grater so that large chunks of lime are not added to your limes. You should only use the very outer layer of the lime. Don't use any of the white pieces of the lime as it is bitter and not sweet or acidic.
Repeat the steps above for the lemon as well. Slice the remaining limes into wedges to use as a topping.
Taking the large bowl, pour the ingredients in, not including the mango. In the bowl should be the finely grated lemon and lime zests, as well as the sea salt and chili peppers. Mix them together well and place them into a small container to store.
During this last and final step, sprinkle the mixture you created above on top of your mango slices. You can also squeeze lemon and lime juice on top for a pop of flavor!
