Ingredients
  

  • 1 peeled orange sliced
  • 1 peeled lemon sliced. You can always omit the lemon since the orange is acidic enough. Also there are orange and lemon juices that have a similar effect.
  • 1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 1 lb of skirt steak meat
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Sweet Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 Bottle of light beer
  • Your favorite seasonings
  • 2 tsp of olive oil

Instructions
