  • 1 Pound of Beef Shank or Chamorro Meat
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic Minced Thinly
  • 1 Yellow Onion Sliced
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 1 tsp of Paprika
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper
