Liver and Onions

This is definitely a dish you cannot miss to give a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 white onion sliced thinly
  • 1 handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp of corn oil
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 liver - 300g approximately cut into cubes
  • 50 ml of dark beer
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter and the oil in a pan.
  • Sliced the onion thinly and sauté until caramelized.
  • Add the liver and stir.
  • Add the dark beer, simmer until it reduces… and drink the rest!
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!
