Liver and Onions

This is definitely a dish you cannot miss to give a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 white onion sliced thinly
  • 1 handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp of corn oil
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 liver - 300g approximately cut into cubes
  • 50 ml of dark beer
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat the butter and the oil in a pan.
  2. Sliced the onion thinly and sauté until caramelized.
  3. Add the liver and stir.
  4. Add the dark beer, simmer until it reduces… and drink the rest!
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
