Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Queso Dip

This hot, cheesy dip is loaded with beef, bacon, and bold flavor. The ultimate party queso!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef – Lean or regular browned and drained
  • 8 oz cooked bacon finely chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup whole milk add more to adjust consistency
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning – Store-bought or homemade
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips for dipping

Method
 

Brown the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned (about 6–8 minutes).
Drain excess grease.
  1. Season the Meat
Add:
  1. Taco seasoning
  2. Garlic powder
  3. Onion powder
  4. Stir well to coat the beef in flavor. Set aside.
Make the Cheese Base
    In a large saucepan over low heat:
    1. Melt cream cheese
    2. Stir in sour cream and milk until smooth and creamy
    Add the Cheese
      Gradually sprinkle in:
      1. Shredded cheddar
      2. Mozzarella
      3. Stir constantly until melted and gooey.
      Combine & Finish
      1. Stir in the seasoned beef and crumbled bacon.
      2. Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper if needed.
      Garnish & Serve
        Top with:
        1. Extra bacon
        2. Fresh chopped parsley
        3. Serve warm with sturdy tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
