Grind the garlic and the pepper in the molcajete, or in the blender. Add two spoonfuls of water to make a paste.
Mix the eggs with the paste in a bowl. Beat the ingredients so they blend nicely.
Spread the breadcrumbs on one bg plate and place the other alongside.
Soak the listens in the egg mixture. Then place the steak on the breadcrumbs. Flip it on the other side so that both sides get breaded.
Press the steaks with the palm of your hand to make sure that the breadcrumbs are fixed on the steak. Place the steak on the other plate. Repeat the process with all the steaks.
Heat the oil in the frypan. When it is truly hot, place each milanesa. Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Place the Fred Milanese on a plate that you previously covered with a paper towel. This way the exceeding oil can be removed from the milanesa.
Serve the breaded steaks with a green salad, French fries, rice, or spaghetti.
