  • Large skillet

Step 1: Mix the vegetables

Finely chop the oregano and drop it in the bowl. Then add in the garlic powder, red pepper, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix them all together.

Step 2: Rub the mixture on the fish

Remove the skin from the fish and rub it in the mixture.

Step 3: Fry the fish

Fry the fish in the skillet for 4 minutes o one side and then turn it to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. Place the fried fish on a paper towel to let the oil drip.
