How To Make Jalapenos Less Hot?
If you like the flavor of jalapenos, but find the heat too much, there are two main ways to make jalapenos less hot. The quickest way is to deseed the jalapenos. Most of the heat from peppers come from the seeds, so removing them and then making the sauce without them should do the job.
Another way to do this is to place cooked jalapenos into a mixture of 3 parts water and 1 part vinegar Leave them to soak submerged in this mixture for around an hour or so.
