Ingredients

  • 4 thinly sliced bell peppers
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of canola oil

Recipe

Step 1: Cook The Veggies

Grab a pan and heat the canola oil over a high heat. Once hot, add the bell peppers, garlic and red onion slices. Leave to cook for around 5 minutes, stirring often as it cooks.

Step 2: Season The Veggies

Now add the cumin, chili powder, salt, paprika and oregano to the vegetables and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. Remove from heat and serve. You can serve in a tortilla with meat or seafood of your choice; such as chicken, steak or shrimp. Enjoy!
