- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 liver – 300g approximately (cut into cubes)
- 50 ml of dark beer
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat the butter and the oil in a pan.
Step 2: Sliced the onion thinly and sauté until caramelized.
Step 3: Add the liver and stir.
Step 4: Add the dark beer, simmer until it reduces… and drink the rest!
Step 5: Season with salt and pepper.
